Here are the results from the Jazz Band Auditions on Dec.2nd. These students will start Jazz Band in January every monday night from 7-8pm.

The White Oak Roughneck Band is State Bound for the second time in 4 years. The band finished in 2nd place in the Area finals competition Sat. Oct, 29th. Come out and support the White Oak Roughneck Band this Friday in Arp, TX as we take on West Rusk. The game starts at 7:30pm at Bill Herrington Tiger Stadium.

Your drum majors Chloe McMahon and Marisa McBride are working hard at drum major camp this week. Be sure to send them a nice encouraging text or give them a nice phone call this week. They are at this camp to be better leaders for the White Oak Roughneck Band!
The White Oak HS Band has a very successful trip to NY and DC last week. Many students enjoyed viewing all of the different sites of these two great places. This is just a message to remind you that if you are going on the band trip, you are required to attend tonight’s meeting. The meeting will begin at 7pm in the HS band hall. Get there early if you want to have a place to sit.
