Parents,

This year we will be performing at the following football games:

• Tuesday, October 7 – Meet @ 5:30  in the MS Band Hall
• Thursday, October 23 – Meet @ 5:30 in the Band Hall
• Thursday, November 6 – Meet @ 5:30 in the Band Hall

 

Please remember:

1. A performance grade is given for every performance.  In order to receive a grade, the students must be present for the entire game.
2. We only play for the 8th grade games.
3. What to wear?  Wear regular school clothes.
4. 7th Grade Football players are to enlist help from their fellow band members to get their instrument to the stadium.  Once the 7th grade football players are done with their game, they need to change clothes and then meet us in the stands where your instrument should be waiting on you.
5. The band will have 3rd quarter off so that they can visit the concession stand, but they must watch the clock and be back in the band stands by the end of the 3rd quarter.
6. In the event of Rain, DON’T ASSUME!!! Come up to the band hall.  If the weather is bad enough that we can’t perform, the band directors will make the call at the designated meeting time.
